At Painting By Numbers Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artistic apparel; if your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
